Virgin Voyages Bar Guide With Menus

Virgin Voyages Bar Guide

When it comes to enjoying a drink, Virgin Voyages new ship, Scarlet Lady, offers cruisers a variety of bars and lounges. Not sure where to start? We have just returned from a sailing and have put together this Virgin Voyages Bar Guide with all the specialty drink menus to help you make the difficult decisions.

Virgin Voyages Bar Guide With Menus

Unlike other contemporary cruise lines, Virgin Voyages does not offer drink packages. Instead, the cruise line allows sailors to pre-load money into a “bar tab”, offering a $50 bonus for every $300 purchased prior to the cruise.

So, whether you are dining at the restaurant or just want to grab a drink at the bar, be sure to sample some of these crazy concoctions. Perhaps, the goldfish or the popcorn old-fashioned.

This mixology bar features martinis and cocktails with an emphasis on aged spirits served “on the rocks”. Given its central location in the Atrium, or Roundabout, this is a popular spot on Scarlet Lady.

The Loose Cannon (Deck 7)

This nautically inspired bar features a signature drink menu with hits like the El Capitano’s Gun Powder or the Shoctopus (shots for 5 people). It is located in a secluded corner through the Social Club, where there are games and good times. Come for the drinks, stay for the fun.

This bar did seem under-utilized to us. So, hopefully the cruise line figures out a way to showcase this venue a bit more.

Prices in EURO or US dollars?

  • Question : Of the 6 specialty restaurants available for dinner, only 3 of them have bars that you can go to (I’m assuming even if you’re not having dinner there??), and the other 3 restaurants do NOT have bars in the restaurant ? i.e. you can order drinks at the table, but there’s no bar to sit at or order from ? Thanks in advance !
