Billboard Onboard – Deck 2
Billboard Onboard is one of four popular entertainment spaces found on the Music Walk. This venue hosts trivia and other activities during the day, then turns it up a notch in the evenings with live piano music.
You can sing along to the chart-topping hits while sipping one of the cocktails from the bar’s signature menu. We enjoyed the selection of craft cocktails, with the Ultimate Raspberry Lemonade and the Whiskey Smash being among our favorites.
With Billboard Onboard’s lively atmosphere, you might find yourself spending quite a bit of time here.
Rolling Stone Rock Room – Deck 2
Also located on the Music Walk on Rotterdam is the new Rolling Stone Rock Room, our favorite nighttime spot. This venue features a live band playing all your favorite rock hits every evening.
Along with great music, you can also find a signature drink menu in the Rolling Stone Rock Room. Some cocktails include the Hemingway Special, Absolut Cosmo, and Gin & Honey Sour (a classic Prohibition cocktail).

B.B. King’s Blues Club – Deck 2
The B.B. King’s Blues Club brings the best of Memphis to the high seas. This entertainment venue also located in the Music Walk features soulful musical performances paired with great signature cocktails.
The menu includes musically inspired drinks like the Rhythm and Blues, Roadhouse Drop, and Hootchie Cootchie. You will definitely want to sample these signature cocktails while enjoying the nightly music (or comedy) performances in this venue.
Ocean Bar – Deck 2
Located nearby the upscale specialty restaurants, Pinnacle Grill and Rudi’s Sel de Mer, and on the way to the main dining room, the Ocean Bar is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner or post-dinner cocktail.
This venue also has a small specialty cocktail menu, including a couple drinks smoked with cherry wood.

Half Moon Bar – Deck 2
New to the Holland America Line bar lineup is the Half Moon Bar. This quiet spot tucked around the corner from the Ocean Bar features exclusive cocktails each with its own story to tell.
The Rotterdam VII is a smoked gin drink that is dedicated to the ship and her unique blend of tradition and innovation. Three Mile Run is a Prohibition cocktail that celebrates the freedom of being at sea.
During your cruise on this new ship, be sure to stop into the Half Moon Bar to sample at least one of these 7 signature drinks. Hubby’s personal favorite was the Sea Castles.

Grand Dutch Café – Deck 3
Inspired by the cruise line’s Dutch heritage, this upscale bar and café located on the Promenade deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a specialty coffee, alcoholic beverage, or a snack any time of day.
Serving the brand’s signature Rotterdam 1873 coffee blend, draught beers and signature liquors, sweet treats, and other Dutch specialties, you might find yourself spending a lot of time here.
Lido Bar – Deck 9
The Lido Bar is your classic pool bar. Located right next to the main pool and the Dive-In grill, this will be your go-to bar while lounging poolside. The menu features classic Caribbean drinks like a Painkiller, Bahama Mama, and more.
The great thing about the Lido Pool on Holland America Line is the retractable roof, so you can enjoy some pool time and cruise cocktails no matter what the weather is outside.
Sea View Bar – Deck 9
Located aft on the Lido deck near the adults-only Sea View Pool, this bar offers great wake views and cocktails. We suggest pulling up a seat at this venue to enjoy the fresh air and amazing scenery.
The Sea View Bar features the same drink menu as the Lido Bar.

Panorama Bar – Deck 10
Located above the pool area on the Panorama deck is the aptly named Panorama Bar. If you want to escape the crowds of the Lido deck, or perhaps grab some food at the nearby New York Deli & Pizza, this will be your closest bar to grab a drink.
The Panorama Bar also serves the same pool bar menu with classic cocktails, a selection of beer, wine, and mocktails.
Tamarind Bar – Deck 10
The Tamarind Bar is located on deck 10 within this specialty restaurant making it the obvious choice for a pre-dinner cocktail. Given its location on the ship, this bar offers ocean vistas paired with signature cocktails.
It features Asian inspired décor and drinks like the Wasabi cocktail, the Emperor’s Nectar, and the Far East Legacy.
Sun Bar – Deck 11
Aft on deck 11, the Sun Deck is located on the top of the ship. This is the perfect outdoor space for those sun worshippers who would rather relax away from the often crowded pool areas.
While the Sun Bar is conveniently located here as well, it was not open during our sailing. However, when open, it does offer the same Lido Bar drink menu.

Explorations Café (Crow’s Nest) – Deck 12
Also located on the top of the ship is the Explorations Café. This is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while reading the news, playing a board game, completing a puzzle, or just relaxing.
Serving up espresso-based beverages, cocktails, and great forward-facing views, you may find yourself heading here for some quiet time during your cruise.
