Royal Caribbean Teams Up With The Make-a-Wish Foundation

How to Spend Two Days at Perfect Day CocoCay Bahamas

Royal Caribbean has teamed up with the Make-a-Wish Foundation to support the nonprofit’s mission of making the wishes of kids with critical illnesses come true. To kick off the partnership, vacationers can now donate online and find ways to join Royal Caribbean in this commitment at RoyalCaribbean.com/MakeaWish.

Through its Wishes at Sea program, Royal Caribbean aims to contribute to Make-a-Wish’s efforts with both fundraising and donations of its most impactful asset: memorable family experiences. The lineup of efforts that guests will be able to participate in include Walk for Wishes 5Ks, walkathons, auctions for exclusive experiences, and more.

“The memories we make with our families and friends on vacation are among the moments that are the most special and impactful, and for wish kids and their families, that very impact can change the course of their lives,” said Michael Bayley, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International. “We are thrilled and humbled to partner with Make-A-Wish for years to come. In this partnership, we are in a position to do what we love – delivering memorable vacations – while making a difference in the lives of those at the heart of Royal Caribbean, families, who need it most.”

Make-a-Wish Cruise Experiences

At the center of life-changing memories to come are the wishes that are granted by Royal Caribbean. The line will plan special cruise experiences for wish kids and their families. They’ll include the ultimate experience at Perfect Day at CocoCay including access to the island’s waterpark. They’ll also receive use of a private cabana and a high-flying experience on the Up, Up & Away helium balloon. Plus, they’ll be given the VIP treatment the entire cruise with private FlowRider sessions, exclusive experiences, free wifi, and more.

More details about Royal Caribbean’s partnership with Make-a-Wish will be revealed at a later date.
