Emerald Princess Prepares For Summer Season From Boston

Princess Cruises' Emerald Princess is set to arrive in Boston this weekend ahead of a season of voyages to Canada and New England.

Boston’s newest hometown cruise ship is sailing into town on Sunday, July 14th: Emerald Princess. The 3,080-guest vessel will operate a season of Canada and New England voyages from Flynn Cruiseport Boston, with itineraries highlighted by the opportunity to visit Greenland.

Emerald Princess will operate 10 voyages to Canada and New England from Boston, ranging from seven to 17 days long. The itineraries include:

7-Day Canada & New England

Roundtrip from Boston, this itinerary visits Halifax, Sydney (Cape Breton Island), Charlottetown (Prince Edward Island), and Portland or Bar Harbor. Cruises depart July 14th, 21st, and 28th as well as August 4th.

10-Day Classic Canada & New England

Departing from Boston and ending in Québec, this itinerary includes stops in Portland, Saint John (for the Bay of Fundy), Halifax, Sydney, Charlottetown, and Saguenay. Cruises depart August 28th, September 17th, and October 7th. Two cruises sail the opposite direction on September 7th and 27th.

17-Day Greenland & Canada

Roundtrip from Boston, this itinerary visits three ports in Greenland — Nuuk, Qaqortoq, and Nanortalik — plus Sydney, Corner Brook, St. Anthony (Newfoundland), and St. John’s (Newfoundland). This sailing departs August 11th.
