Carnival Cruise Line’s new Bahamian destination Celebration Key will open in less than a month, and the line is sharing photos ahead of its official debut.

The destination is divided up into five areas, which the line calls portals. Each will have a specific purpose, such as the family-focused Starfish Lagoon portal and the premium adults-only Pearl Cove Beach Club portal.

Paradise Plaza

Celebration Key welcomes visitors at Paradise Plaza, which features a radiant sun-shaped arch. This welcome area is where guests will find information on Celebration Key and be able to plan how they want to spend their day.

The Suncastle

The 10-story Suncastle is adorned with five massive conch shells, and is the centerpiece of all of the fun at Celebration Key. Two water slides, each over 350 feet long, weave through and around the Suncastle in a race with exciting turns and flashes of light and color.

Calypso Lagoon Aerial View

Starfish and Calypso Lagoons comprise the largest freshwater lagoon in the Caribbean, totaling over 275,000 square feet. Calypso Lagoon offers lively fun geared more towards adults, while Starfish Lagoon is the family-focused area with lots of ways to have fun in the sun.

Calypso Lagoon’s DJ Island

At Calypso Lagoon, the adults-only section features DJ Island where guests can groove to the music and grab a drink at Mingo’s Tropical Bar & Kitchen, serving Bahamian favorites and the world’s largest swim-up bar.
