Celebrity draws couples, adults, and travelers who want a more refined, relaxed experience. Neither is better — they're built for different vacations. 🍽️ DINING Celebrity wins on quality. The main dining room is a genuine step up, especially on Edge-class ships where you get four themed dining rooms included in your fare. Royal Caribbean wins on casual dining variety, particularly on Icon-class ships. For specialty dining, Celebrity's Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud is one of the best meals we've had at sea. 🎭 ENTERTAINMENT Royal Caribbean sets the bar — Broadway shows, AquaTheater performances, ice skating, and a packed activity schedule from morning to midnight. Celebrity's theater has gotten more creative and artistic, and Liar's Club is one of the most entertaining events we've seen on any cruise ship. Royal Caribbean wins this category, but the gap is smaller than most people expect. 🛏️ CABINS Celebrity's staterooms feel more elevated across every category, and AquaClass is a mid-tier option Royal Caribbean simply doesn't have an equivalent to. The Retreat on Celebrity is as good as suite-level cruising gets outside a true luxury line. Royal Caribbean wins on variety, especially on Oasis and Icon-class ships. 🌊 POOL DECK Royal Caribbean is built for action — waterparks, FlowRiders, and activity from open to close.
