It includes voyages to destinations in Europe and Alaska, as well as its first time operating a solar eclipse cruise. Reservations for these new 2026 sailings open today.

Europe Cruises on Carnival Legend

For the first time, Carnival Cruise Line is introducing a special 11-day Carnival Journeys Eclipse cruise featuring stops in Spain, Portugal, and France. Carnival Legend will depart Dover, England for the voyage on August 9, 2026. The total solar eclipse will take place on August 12, 2026 when the ship is at sea. Port calls on the sailing include Le Havre (Paris), France; St. Peter Port, Guernsey; Vigo, Spain; Lisbon and Leixões (Porto), Portugal; Le Verdon (Bordeaux), France; and Zeebrugge (Brussels), Belgium.

Carnival Legend‘s summer 2026 season in Europe will begin with a 14-day transatlantic voyage from Miami on May 24th. The ship will then offer nine voyages from Dover, with varied itineraries that span nine to 12 days, and six sailings that are eight nine or 12 days long from Civitavecchia, which is the port for Rome.

Scandinavia and Baltic cruises offer visits to Germany, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Belgium while western Europe ports include those in Portugal, Spain, and France.

From Civitavecchia, nine and 12-day cruises will bring guests to destinations across Italy, the Greek Isles, Turkey, and Croatia. The ship’s final cruise from Europe in 2026 will be a 14-day Carnival Journeys voyage departing November 1st from Civitavecchia to Tampa, Florida.

Seven-day Alaska sailings will depart every Thursday on Carnival Miracle starting May 7, 2026. The ship will cruise Tracy Arm Fjord and visit Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan, Alaska as well as Victoria, British Columbia. Also available are two special nine and 10-day Carnival Journeys sailings.

Alaska cruises on Carnival Spirit also offer cruising of Tracy Arm Fjord with stops in Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan, and Victoria. They will begin on April 28th and continue through September 15th. When the ship returns to Seattle on September 23rd, the ship will embark guests on a 15-day roundtrip Carnival Journeys cruise to Hawaii.

Panama Canal Cruises

Also new for 2026 are four Carnival Journeys cruises that transit the Panama Canal to reposition Carnival Miracle and Spirit before and after their summer in Alaska. The sailings feature calls to Cabo San Lucas, Costa Rica, and Cartagena.

Carnival Spirit‘s 16-day cruises take the ship to Seattle from its Mobile, Alabama homeport on April 12th, then back to Mobile with an October 8th departure. These are the first Carnival cruises connecting the cities of Seattle and Mobile.

Carnival Miracle will reposition from Tampa on April 11th and depart Seattle on September 26th on a 16-day voyage ending in Galveston, Texas.
