Queen Mary 2
Queen Mary 2 will embark on a 14-night voyage through Norway and Iceland from August 4-18, 2026. It will provide guests the opportunity to witness the solar eclipse during an overnight stay in Reykjavik on the evening of August 12th.
The voyage will also include visits to Zeebrugge, Belgium; Olden and Skjolden, Norway; and Isafjordur, Iceland, before concluding in New York.
Queen Anne
Queen Anne will traverse Spain and France on a seven-night itinerary roundtrip out of Southampton, England. From August 9-16, 2026, guests can explore the Spanish ports of Santander, La Coruรฑa, and Gijon before stopping in the Bay of Biscay to explore the town of Pauillac, France.
After a day strolling the Spanish streets in La Coruรฑa’s Old Town, passengers can sip cocktails and don eclipse glasses for a view of the phenomenon from the deck of Queen Anne as the ship sails from the Spanish harbor.
Queen Victoria
Queen Victoria will sail a seven-night western Mediterranean voyage from Civitavecchia (the port for Rome) to Barcelona, Spain from August 10-17, 2026. The sailing will visit Tarragona and Palma de Mallorca in Spain, plus Villefranche and Toulon in France. On August 12th, after a day in the historic town of Tarragona, guests will board the ship to pick the perfect spot to view the solar eclipse.
“Watching a total solar eclipse from sea is an utterly unique and very rare experience,” said Katie McAlister, president of Cunard. “Cunard is therefore thrilled to offer three remarkable voyages positioned along the path of the 2026 eclipse โ two in the Mediterranean and one in Iceland โ which will give guests the chance to witness this extraordinary phenomenon from the water, an unforgettable moment observed from the luxurious vantage point of our Queens.”
