Princess Cruises has released details on its 2026-2027 schedule for Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. The highlight of the season will be the return of the popular 79-night Circle Pacific Voyage, which spans three continents and covers more than 23,600 nautical miles.
On sale now, the season will feature three ships — Royal, Crown, and Grand Princess — offering 42 unique itineraries and 62 departures between October 2026 and August 2027. They will sail from five homeports in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth (Fremantle), and Adelaide.
Season Highlights
- Royal Princess will be based in Sydney for the season.
- Grand Princess will spend most of the season sailing from Brisbane, as well as operating the 79-day epic Circle Pacific Voyage.
- Crown Princess will sail a 28-day Round Australia cruise roundtrip from Sydney.
- Voyages will include legendary cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Adelaide.
- Hidden gem destinations include Broome in Western Australia, Burnie in Tasmania, Port Lincoln in South Australia, and Picton on the South Island of New Zealand.
- Journeys through the South Pacific including Fiji, Samoa, and Papua New Guinea.
Circle Pacific Adventure
The Princess Cruises Circle Pacific Adventure will visit 32 destinations in 13 countries, including an overnight in Hong Kong. It will cross the Equator and the International Date Line twice. Guests can embark in Sydney, Brisbane, or Auckland.
Late night stays are scheduled to occur in Honolulu, Juneau, Los Angeles, Osaka (for Kyoto), Singapore, Suva, Tahiti (Papeete), and Victoria, BC. Off-the-beaten-path destinations will include Apia (Samoa), College Fjord scenic glacier cruising in Alaska, and unique ports in Japan like Kochi and Kagoshima.
The voyage will allow passengers access to 15 UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Japan’s highest mountain — Mount Fuji — as well as the Singapore Botanical Gardens.
Cruisetours
Princess Cruises’ Cruisetours combine a cruise with a land-based tour. There are two new ones in the region for the 2026-2027 season, plus a returning favorite:
- Tropical Highlights Cruisetour (New): Discover breathtaking landscapes on this new tour option, featuring the Great Barrier Reef and Paronella Park, with stunning views of Mena Creek Falls.
- Southern Australia Cruisetour (New): Visit Melbourne; the Great Ocean Road — 150-mile stretch of beautiful south-eastern coast; Adelaide; and the beautiful clear waters of Kangaroo Island.
- Australian Outback Cruisetour: Explore two UNESCO World Heritage Sites — The Great Barrier Reef and the iconic Uluru in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.
