Anthem of the Seas Menus – Specialty Restaurants
Jamie’s Italian
Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver’s take on rustic, Northern Italian cuisine is located on Deck 5 in the Via. One of our personal favorites, the restaurant has a cover charge of $25 for lunchΒ (most sea days from noon to 1:30pm)Β and $30 for dinner (from 5:30pm to 9:30pm).Β Bring your appetite, and be sure to save some room for dessert.
Chops Grille
This steak house is located near the Schooner Bar on deck 5 on Anthem of the Seas. While it is tucked away in a corner, don’t let that fool you; this restaurant is home to fine steaks and seafood, grilled to perfection. Open for dinner from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, reservations are recommend. The cover charge for dinner is $39 a person.
Wonderland
A fanciful dining experience, Wonderland is a one of a kind dining experience that was first debuted on Quantum of the Seas. For $45, you can enjoy an experimental menu that is a culinary masterpiece sure to please all of the senses. Found on Deck 5, mid-ship, Wonderland is open for dinner from 6pm to 9:30pm.
Izumi
Serving up its signature sushi and combo platters, Izumi is open for dinner from 6pm to 9:30pm and select days for lunch from noon to 1:30pm. This is one restaurant we have not tried yet as the Princess is a picky eater, but we know many fans of Royal Caribbean give Izumi rave reviews of this restaurantΒ on other ships.
Solarium Bistro (Dinner)
Serving a buffet for breakfast (most days 8am-10:30am) and lunch (select days noon- 2pm), Solarium Bistro is currently a complimentary specialty restaurant openly nightly for dinner from 5:45pm to 9pm. Os Grande still on the Anthem of the Seas? I don’t see much mention of it from reviews in 2016.
DB and The Princess (@EatSleepCruise)
Hi Bill, great question. Starting this week, Anthem of the Seas has a new dining program. This means Grande is no longer a “formal restaurant”. Restaurants are getting new menus as well. We are on the hunt for those and will have them up as soon as possible. Thanks for reading and the question. Happy sailing.
Karen
Is it true that if you go to one restaurant, you can ask for a menu for a different restaurant? Someone posted that they were in Chic and ask for the menu for Grande and were able to order off that menu. We are headed on Anthem in October husband hates to dress up but i would love to try that menu.

Hi Karen, great question. Thanks for reading and reaching out. As Betty mention, it is possible to get other menus from different restaurants. However, we suggest you ask the head waiter ahead of time. On the last night of our cruise, the Princess wanted an entree being served in American Icon Grill. But, our rotation took us to Chic that night. We told the head waiter the night before, and we were able to get the entree from the other restaurant. Looks like you will be on one of the last sailings of Anthem with Dynamic Dining. Have a great cruise. Please report back about your experiences!
Joline
If you cruise for ten days, do you think the menus repeat?
DB and The Princess (@EatSleepCruise)
Hi Joline, Great question. We have heard that there is a third set of menus, but we have not seen them. On longer cruise they do rotate the first set of menus we had, so it is not four days of menu A and four days of menu B, and so forth. Given that you will be moving through restaurants and menus, there should be plenty of options for dinner. When is your cruise? Thanks for reading.

We are on the Nov 10th sailing. I’ll let you know if there is a third set of menus. Love your blogs!
Betty
I just got off Anthem Saturdays. 9 nights..so we had 2 rotations and night 9 started over again. I did not do Silk the 2nd time and my tablemates said my waiter had an American Icon menu waiting for me ( he knew I was not crazy about Asian) . So I guess it is possible for a different menu.i can’t remember if Silk and American Icon were on same floor. Could make a difference.

Dear Betty, Thank you for leaving this reply, it was very helpful. (I’m not crazy about Asian food either.) I hope you had a great trip!
DB and The Princess (@EatSleepCruise)
Thanks Betty for the feedback. It is great to know there are some work arounds out thee. We were also able to get a few menu items from another restaurant one evening. Now that Dynamic Dining is going away, there won’t be too much to worry about in the future. Appreciate the comment.
