Sarah Bretz, ContributorLuxury cruise brand Seabourn has announced its 2027 world cruise, which will visit the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, and South America. The 145-day voyage will depart Miami on January 5, 2027 and conclude in the same city on May 30, 2027.
Throughout the journey, Seabourn Quest will travel nearly 34,000 nautical miles and visit 67 destinations in 19 countries. The cruise will feature two maiden ports: Wallaroo, Australia and Whangarei, New Zealand. It’ll also offer overnight stays in Lima (Callao), Peru; Hobart, Australia; Papeete, Tahiti; and Sydney and Darwin, Australia. Scenic cruising will include the dramatic Kimberley Coast of Australia and Fiordland National Park in New Zealand.
Optional mid-voyage Seabourn Journeys will be offered in Machu Picchu, the Galapagos Islands, Easter Island, and Uluru. Guests may also take part in Seabourn’s signature Shopping with the Chef experience, which will be offered in 11 ports. Led by the ship’s culinary team, the experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at local markets, where they can discover regional ingredients, and culinary traditions.
Those who want to take a shorter version of the cruise can option for a shorter 126-day option, disembarking in Long Beach on May 11, 2027. This option is ideal for guests who wish to end their voyage on the U.S. west coast.
